    Your Health

When disaster strikes, we often "shut down" in a variety of different ways. This is a normal reaction to extreme events. It may mean that you're not eating or sleeping properly, feel lethargic (tired) all the time or drinking too much.

Obviously, if you feel that you can, contact your local GP or health centre. If not, you can always contact us in complete and absolute confidence for advice on how best to help you.
